Yes — as an ASP Level 2 provider in NSW we lodge and manage the full approval process with Essential Energy ourselves, so you’re not stuck coordinating between us and the network.

Yes, we install both single-phase and three-phase connections for residential and small commercial properties, sized to your actual load requirements.

Yes — if your existing connection can’t support a renovation, a granny flat, solar, or an EV charger, we can assess and upgrade the connection alongside a new switchboard if needed.

No. New connections are Level 2 work, and our Level 2 work is NSW only. We regularly complete new connections across Tweed Heads, Banora Point, Kingscliff and the Northern Rivers on the Essential Energy network, but we can’t carry out this work in Queensland, including the Gold Coast.

Generally just clear access to the meter box location and any building or development approval documents if the connection relates to a new dwelling or granny flat. We’ll tell you exactly what’s needed for your specific job when we quote.
